At Mendota Pet, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our gear and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
